Global IP Transit Service provides resilient, low-latency Internet connectivity for ISPs and Content Providers. SEACOM’s native IPv4/IPv6 carrier-grade IP network is the largest in Africa, spanning Southern and East Africa, and provides connectivity to Tier-1 partner networks in Europe and Asia.

04- Private Lines

Somtel FGC’s International and National Private Line Services offers clients secure, dedicated and scalable point-to-point transmission connectivity essential to any core backbone network. Services utilise multiple subsea cable systems and terrestrial connectivity across Africa and Europe delivered directly between major African and European data-centres.

Somtel Fiber Global Connet [Somtel FGC] is a fiber network infrustructure services company that launched in 2020 and is an extension of Somtel FZE.

 Somtel FGC is a digital wholesale and infrustructure services company founded in 2017, and an operating company in the SOMTEL Group.

Somtel Global Connect manages SOMTEL’s international and national fiber sales activities. Through its own and partner networks, SOMTEL Global Connect has a significant backbonereach across the horn of Africa. Somtel FGC is a communication company, that opened its doors to the public in 2010.

Tailored Internet Access Entries

Our Access Entry service is designed to offer clients a direct pathway into Somtel FGC’s network through the our Cable Landing Stations (CLS). This service is used to extend the reach of customers’ fibre networks, providing a seamless connection between our transmission equipment and the customers’ specified locations.

Flexible Management Of Your Own Network

Our Infrastructure offering provides clients with duct access for their fibre network which is installed between Somtel FGC and nominated locations. Our colocation data center facilities offer space with the proper power, cooling, and security to host businesses’ computing hardware and servers.
